Hi Thai Kaohsiung is a Southeast Asian Restaurant serving a mixture of Thai and Vietnamese dishes. They are located behind SOGO and across the road from the MEGA Fe21 Department Store in the Sanduo Shopping District.
Hi Thai has two floors. On the second floor, is a lounge bar called “High Lounge” which serves Cigars and an array of drinks.
Inside the decor is beautiful with Thai ornates, lanterns and a bronzed Buddha face on the wall. A sophisticated and relaxing place.
The staff are very friendly and the menus are in English. Rice is served with your meal. NT$40 is charged per person for rice so if you don’t want it then you will have to ask. Big portions are served too.
